Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SRT Forestry Inc website and your engagement of tree services provided by SRT Forestry Inc, a California corporation located at 2012 Lapper Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.

By using our website, requesting an estimate, or hiring SRT Forestry Inc for any tree service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

SRT Forestry Inc provides professional tree services in Sonoma County, California, including but not limited to:

• Tree removal and emergency tree removal
• Tree trimming and pruning
• Stump grinding and removal
• Hazardous tree assessment and mitigation
• Debris cleanup and haul-away

All services are subject to a written or verbal estimate and agreement prior to work beginning. Scope of work, pricing, and timeline are defined at the time of estimate.

Estimates & Payment

Estimates provided by SRT Forestry Inc are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions, scope, or access change after the estimate is issued.

Payment terms are as agreed upon at the time of service. SRT Forestry Inc reserves the right to require a deposit for larger or multi-day jobs. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unpaid balances may be subject to collection proceedings. The customer is responsible for any reasonable costs associated with collecting unpaid amounts.

Customer Responsibilities

By hiring SRT Forestry Inc, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property, tree location, and any known hazards
• Ensure our crew has safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Notify us of any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other subsurface features that may be affected
• Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals prior to the scheduled work
• Keep people and pets clear of the work area during active operations

Permits & Local Regulations

Some tree removal work in Sonoma County may require a permit from local authorities. It is the responsibility of the property owner to determine permit requirements and obtain any necessary approvals before work begins. SRT Forestry Inc may assist in identifying permit requirements upon request but is not responsible for obtaining permits on behalf of the customer unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

SRT Forestry Inc carries appropriate liability insurance for tree service operations. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, subsurface conditions, or damage caused by factors outside our control including but not limited to wind, weather, or existing structural failure in the tree.

Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand schedules change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion, particularly for jobs requiring significant crew or equipment scheduling.

SRT Forestry Inc reserves the right to reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SMS & Electronic Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive communications from SRT Forestry Inc related to your service, including appointment reminders, confirmations, estimates, and follow-ups via phone, email, or SMS text message.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of email communications by contacting us directly. Opting out of communications does not affect your obligations under any active service agreement.

Website Use

The SRT Forestry Inc website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of SRT Forestry Inc and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law
